As a therapist, I believe in a compassionate yet direct approach to therapy. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I use reflective questions to encourage clients to explore their experiences and gain insight into their challenges.
In addition to our sessions, I may assign homework to clients to help them practice new skills or explore issues more deeply. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and that the client is the expert on their own life. My role as a therapist is to provide guidance, support, and feedback to help clients achieve their goals.
